In the Create New E-mail window, on the Send Anywhere ribbon, click ‘Attach File’ or ‘Attach Folder’ to select the file to attach.

If you send a mail after composing, a link to download the attached file is inserted in the mail and sent to the other party. Attached files can be downloaded for a week without any limit. The detailed download period can be checked next to the download link.

The recipient of the mail can download the file by clicking the download link. If the recipient enter the full link in the key field of Send Anywhere, they can download the file via Send Anywhere.

Files attached by Send Anywhere are uploaded to the server in the background at the same time as sending mail. If you quit Outlook before uploading the attached file, please note that the other party can’t receive the file.
